New trackable deliveries

Back in June, we introduced our improved delivery notifications, but now we've gone a step further with trackable deliveries that give you complete visibility of the delivery process. You'll know exactly when to expect your door, see where your door is on its journey, and should there ever be a delay - you'll be notified automatically.

This added convenience allows you to takes away any stress or concerns about your door delivery, freeing up your valuable time to carry on doing what you do best.

Here's how it works:

	You will receive a text and email on the day of delivery confirming the time your order will arrive.
	The email contains a link so you can track your delivery's progress.
	In the unlikely event that your delivery time changes by more than 30 minutes - you will be notified via email of the new delivery time.
	After you have checked and signed for your door you will receive a signed copy of your Proof of Delivery by email.

Live tracking

You will now be able to track the progress of your delivery live. There's no need to enter tracking numbers, all you need to do is click on the link in your delivery notification email.
